Tammy was born and raised in a small country town at the top of Western Australia, where she spent her time riding horses, playing sport and pursuing her love for performing, through attending dance and drama classes, cheerleading and even traveling around Western Australia competing in performing arts competitions. In 2006 Tammy auditioned and was accepted into John Curtin College of the Arts as a gifted and talented drama and dance student. She moved to Perth and spent the next three years performing in various productions held by the school and attending advanced screen acting classes at a local acting agency. In 2008 Tammy landed her first TV commercial and short film, she also graduated high school with distinctions in both dance and drama. For the next few years she continued her training by attending acting workshops around Perth. She then decided to try different avenues and furthered her studies by attending university and obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Whilst nursing provided her with a stable income her love for acting continued and she is still determined to make a career from it.
