Gael Campbell-YoungGael is very passionate about acting for the screen and stage. Since launching into acting late in 2013, Gael has channeled her enthusiasm into five theatre productions (including two lead roles), thirteen films, a live show, four commercials and a music video and has undertaken very successful role-playing work. Gael received an award for An Impressive Breakthrough Performance and a nomination for Most Outstanding Performance for her first lead role in the David Williamson play, Charitable Intent in 2014. Gael has written, performed and filmed several monologues and registered a feature film script, “Forest Walk” with the Australian Writer’s Guild. Gael trains continually and has completed fourteen courses in acting, film-making and TV presenting, while continuing with voice and accent coaching. Gael has strengths in voice and accent work, narrating, screenwriting, improvisation and character interpretation. Although a redhead, Gael also has natural blonde and brunette wigs in her acting toolkit. Gael is highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, conscientious and always willing to learn. She brings professionalism and a positive attitude to her work, loves a challenge and takes direction very well. Gael is thoroughly enjoying developing her creativity through acting and screenwriting.
