Josh Hayes

It was a cold July morning in 2016 when Josh arrived on a set for the first time, an extra on the Pandora Productions feature The Last Hope, slotted as a ‘local police authority’ guarding a group of refugees following a zombie outbreak, from there the acting bug bit hard.rnrnAfter a few extras parts in a handful of short films Josh decided to try his luck at an actual acting role, his very first audition was for a supporting/antagonist role in the JMC Academy produced Sour Milk, not only did he land the part, it is still referenced as a highlight in his showreel today. Towards the end of 2016, Josh managed to nab his first lead role in the Swinburne produced The Time of Your Life where he played a well-received role as a grieving father.rnrnJosh still continues to steadily gain acting roles and recently wrote & directed a segment for the upcoming horror film Ted Bundy Had a Son, due for release next year. Josh is becoming known for not only his willingness to travel large distances for auditions and roles, but for his can-do attitude, his ability to be adaptive to direction & for helping out behind the scenes.rn
