A seasoned performer who brings enthusiasm, commitment and a bit of fun to all his artistic endeavours, Evan has been getting up in front of people since he was 6 years old, when he took up piano lessons. Evan took a shine to the instrument and the art of performing. Over the years Evan took on singing aswell and at the age of 13 started playing the trombone. From here to the age of 22, he was playing or singing in a seemingly endless stream of concerts all the way up to one of Australia’s most highly regarded orchestras, the West Australian Symphony Orchestra. After a very distinct break from performing for a few years, Evan discovered the sheer joy and excitement of getting in front of the camera and jumping into character. After taking constant classes over the last few years with teachers including Myles Pollard, Julia Moody and Chum Ehelopola, networking with fellow actors and having landed a few roles in big productions including the soon to be released feature film Pulse, Evan’s passion for acting and having fun in front of the camera is as fierce as ever. He has an easy naturalism and brings a truth to all his roles.
