Charlie Young is an Australian actor born and raised in Perth, Western Australia where he continues to reside. He has been passionate about acting since a very young age where he was constantly obsessed with movies and TV as well as always performing numerous skits at family gatherings. With constant support from his family and friends Charlie decided he was going to do what he loved and pursue a career in acting. He attended Perth Film School where he completed a course in Advanced Screen Acting and also took part in a Casting Masterclass taught by renowned industry professional Christian Kaplan. Having been gifted with youthful good looks Charlie is easily able to play quite a bit younger than his current age, he also has quite the knack for improvisation and enjoys being able to play with his character in whatever role he gets. Whilst completing his course with Perth Film School, Charlie played Andrew in a scene re-enactment of The Breakfast Club and Kyle in another scene re-enactment this time of 50/50, both being professionally shot and edited. At Adventure World where he works, Charlie was a mascot dragon in the performance team entailing him to dance and entertain children in the musical stage shows held there. Now looking to gain more experience in the industry after finishing his course, Charlie is extremely determined to pursue his acting career and accomplish his dreams.
