An extremely passionate and hard-Working actor, Mike Dixon got a passion for acting and performance at a young age through his love of films, plays and drama classes. Originally from Phillip Island, Mike always put his hardest into every single role he did. He studied drama in primary school and senior school, enjoying every second of it.
Mike found he wanted to spend the rest of his life acting after he did the 1950s play Guys and Dolls playing the comedic character “Harry the Horse”. Mike never had so much fun participating in something before and knew this was the path to go down. Mike then went on to do short films with himself and friends who were also aspiring filmmakers.
In 2018 Mike enrolled into New Faces Talent Academy and got accepted into the program. There he found a sense of home and belonging and very useful information about the industry and business and performed in front of a panel of judges and winning the runner up award for best performer.
